Privacy Policy
About This Policy
United States 9-1-1 Services ("US911S," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and related services for our MissionChief alliance, including public pages, a staff application portal, Discord-related services, MissionChief-related operations, and restricted administrative tools.
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how we collect, use, share, and protect information. It describes our actual practices. It is not an invitation to collect information beyond what is needed to operate these services.
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use US911S services, you may provide information such as:
- Account and profile information;
- Contact or identity information needed for applications or administration;
- Application and form responses;
- Messages and other communications;
- Documents or files you choose to submit; and
- Other information needed for membership, staffing, or administrative activity.
Membership and Administrative Information
When you are a member, applicant, staff member, or other authorized user, US911S may process information needed to operate the alliance. That can include membership and organizational records, operational or activity records, staff-related records, compliance records, and—where applicable—performance, disciplinary, or financial/payroll-related administrative information.
Access to sensitive administrative information is limited to authorized personnel for legitimate US911S purposes.
Automatically Collected Website Information
When you visit certain public pages of our website, our systems may automatically collect limited technical and visit information, such as:
- IP address;
- Browser or user-agent information;
- Referring page;
- Requested page or path;
- Date and time of the visit;
- Limited device or browser information inferred from the request; and
- Approximate geographic information such as country or state/region derived from the IP address.
We use this information to operate the website, support security and troubleshooting, understand general traffic and usage, and improve the site. We do not use it for behavioral advertising or commercial advertising profiling.
US911S does not use browser GPS or the browser Geolocation API to obtain your precise physical location through the website. Approximate location derived from an IP address is not a precise physical location.
Cookies and Session Technologies
US911S uses limited cookies and related session technologies where needed for authentication, maintaining secure sessions, security protections, and application functionality.
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies for behavioral advertising.
Some parts of the site may also use browser storage for preferences such as theme or time-zone settings.

We may use information to:
- Operate and maintain US911S services;
- Authenticate users and manage authorized access;
- Process applications and communications;
- Support organizational and administrative functions;
- Maintain records;
- Support Discord- and MissionChief-related operations;

How We Share Information
We may share or transmit information when needed to operate a requested service, including:
- With service providers that help us operate US911S;

- With MissionChief when MissionChief-related operations require it;

US911S does not sell personal information and does not share information for targeted advertising.
Discord and MissionChief
US911S integrates with third-party platforms including Discord and MissionChief. Information may be exchanged with those platforms as needed to provide integrated US911S functionality.
Those platforms also collect and process information under their own terms and privacy practices. US911S does not control their independent policies or availability.
Documents, Messages, and Submitted Content
You may submit information through applications, forms, messages, documents, administrative workflows, or other US911S services. We use submitted information to provide the relevant service, perform administrative functions, communicate with authorized users, and maintain organizational records.
Retention
US911S does not apply one universal retention period to all information. We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, organizational or administrative needs, security, dispute resolution, legal or regulatory obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping.
Some records may be archived or removed from ordinary view without being permanently destroyed. We do not promise that information is automatically deleted after a fixed number of days or years, or that all information is permanently deleted when someone leaves US911S.
Security
US911S uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-Party Services
US911S relies on third-party services for functions such as Discord, MissionChief, website hosting and content delivery, and—where website visit records are enriched—IP-based geographic lookup provided by a third-party geolocation service.
Certain pages also load third-party resources such as fonts, icons, or styling libraries. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical information associated with that request under its own practices.
US911S does not currently use commercial advertising analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising trackers on the website.
Children's Privacy
US911S services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to US911S, please contact us through our official Discord server.
