Our history, leadership, and identity as a nationwide MissionChief alliance
Founded by J20202002 (Jdog20202002) in January 2021 as Michigan’s 9-1-1 Services and expanded nationwide. Rebranded as United States 9-1-1 Services in 2023 — same leadership continuity, larger operational scale.
Defined offices and five administrative regions give members clear points of contact and consistent standards across the United States.
We are built around exclusive County Assignments — members run real counties rather than competing for the same territory.
Shared facilities are maintained at alliance level so members can focus credits and time on developing their own counties.
From a first station to multi-county operations, our structure is designed for steady progression and long-term participation.
What membership gives you day to day
Know the standards and processes up front so you can focus on building your departments with confidence.
Regional Administrative Staff who know your area and can help with assignments, questions, and progression.
Alliance-provided facilities mean your credits go toward expanding your own operations, not rebuilding shared basics.
Exclusive County Assignments protect your work and make neighboring mutual aid meaningful.
Strengthen your counties, then grow into new ones with guidance from Administrative Staff.
Coordinate with nearby members when major incidents need more resources than one county can provide.

Shared facility types that support realistic County-Based Operations
Medical facilities that keep EMS and fire response realistic for every assigned county
Police, Fire, EMS, and Coast Guard academies to develop personnel and advance departments
State-level police resources that complement county law enforcement
Prisons and jails that complete arrest-to-intake workflow for members
FBI, DEA, ATF, and related federal facilities for advanced multi-agency response
State emergency service agencies that round out regional response capability
Maritime and coastal rescue facilities for waterway and shoreline operations
Request support from neighboring counties when major calls need more resources
Alliance-provided buildings are shared so members can invest credits into expanding their own counties. Players who already own these buildings before joining are grandfathered; new builds of alliance-provided types are coordinated through the alliance to keep infrastructure consistent for everyone.
How County Assignments, mutual aid, and progression work in practice
You lead police, fire, EMS, and related response for your assigned counties — with a defined Area of Operations and room to develop each department.
Each county is assigned to one member. That exclusivity protects your investment and makes mutual aid between neighbors reliable.
Call on surrounding counties when large incidents need more resources. Regional leadership helps coordinate support so major events stay collaborative.
As you strengthen your current counties, Administrative Staff evaluate your operations and assign your next county — nearby, same state, or elsewhere in your region.
From your first County Assignment through expansion, Administrative Staff answer operational questions and keep progression moving smoothly.

Once the Entry Process is complete, Administrative Staff assign your starting county and help you begin operations
Mandatory VC Requirement: As part of the Entry Process, all new members are required to complete a mandatory Voice Chat (VC) with a member of Administrative Staff before receiving their County Assignment.
After submitting an Entry Process ticket, Administrative Staff will review the request and coordinate a scheduled time with the applicant to complete their VC. If staff are unavailable at the time of submission, a convenient time will be arranged to complete this requirement.
During the VC, Administrative Staff will welcome the new member to the alliance and provide an overview of how the alliance operates. This conversation will include a review of alliance rules and guidelines, member expectations, the Activity Policy, operational structure, available resources, and any other important information needed to successfully begin their time within the alliance.
Applicants do not need a working microphone to complete the VC. The applicant is only required to be able to hear Administrative Staff during the conversation. Any questions, responses, or confirmations can be provided through their Entry Process ticket while the VC is taking place. This ensures all applicants have the opportunity to complete the Entry Process regardless of their current microphone availability.
The purpose of the VC is to ensure every new member understands the standards, responsibilities, and expectations of alliance membership before officially joining operations. Administrative Staff will also answer any questions the applicant may have and ensure they are prepared to begin their time within the alliance before receiving their County Assignment.
